Nice park. Needs some road repair bj t otherwise nice newer trailers.

They con you into all sorts of late fees and sell you trailers with wrong titles very lazy park workers always on you about things in your yard you can't have a grill or kids toys up against your house they pretty much want you to own the least things you can and will evict you over 35 bucks of your behind that amount you'll get a paper in the mail saying you have to go to court every month even if it's as little as 5 dollars there so far back in land taxes and city taxes there trying to scam any kind of money out of you to save there own

The trailers a beautiful but the management and maitnance are horrible. The park tenants are mostly drug addicts who break In and steal thing it is horrible place to live and would never recommend it to even my worst enemy. They can not even maintain there properties to MSHDA standards. I have been told repeatedly that they do not like renters. My water has been shut off illigaly several times. The emotion stress of this trailer park is at time to much to handle.
